- Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp

- 1/2 Cup
- Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup
- chocolate chips
- 1/2 Cup
- Butter
Super moist banana bread. You are welcome to omit the chocolate chips and replace with walnuts or no additions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- grease the loaf pan with butter
- mash the bananas in a separate small bowl
- in a large mixing bowl mix brown sugar and melted butter.
- add eggs and vanilla to sugar mixture.
- add flour, baking soda and salt to mixture and beat until smooth.
- lastly mix in sour cream, bananas and chocolate chips to batter.
- pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
- let cool in pan for 10 minutes then pull out of pan and place on cooling rack until cool.

I used this recipe but made it into muffins and cooked them about 20 min and they came out great! Thanks for the great recipe!!
