- Dark, bittersweet, milk or/and white chocolate
- 1 3/4 Cup
- Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbls
- Liquor of your choice
Super easy but decadent frosting. I love this on my Chocolate Espresso Cake.
- Break or chop dark and semi sweet chocolate int small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Put cream in a sauce pan and heat just before the boiling point. Immediately pour the cream into the chocolate and let sit covered for about 5 minutes.
- Stir gently * Optional: add liquor of choice
