Dark, bittersweet, milk or/and white chocolate
1 3/4 Cup
Heavy Cream
2 Tbls
Liquor of your choice
Chocolate Ganache Frosting

Super easy but decadent frosting. I love this on my Chocolate Espresso Cake.

  1. Break or chop dark and semi sweet chocolate int small pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Put cream in a sauce pan and heat just before the boiling point. Immediately pour the cream into the chocolate and let sit covered for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir gently * Optional: add liquor of choice
