Such an easy recipe, you can add blue berries or any other fruit to this. I have made a simple banana topping for this which can be found in my additional comments area 🙂 Enjoy!
- Smash two banana's with a fork, add sugar and vanilla and mash/mix again until combine.
- Add Flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and cinnamon, toss with bananas.
- Add egg, milk vanilla and vegetable oil. Mix until flour is no longer showing thru and lumps are gone.
- Heat lightly oiled/buttered pan over a medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter on the griddle using about 1/3 cup for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides. (Tip: you can tell when the pancake is ready to flip by the edges of the pancake looking a bit dry and the pancake is no longer making bubbles)
