Sautéed Lamb with Grapes

Sautéed Lamb with Grapes

Super quick and easy dinner. I like to pare this with Minted Red Skin Potatoes.

  1. Place oil in skillet with peeled and chopped onion and bite size pieces of lamb for 10 minutes
  2. Rinse and dry grapes cut into halves and place in smaller bowl along with pine nuts, thyme leaves and cumin. Add the contents of this in with the lamb and onions and mix in skillet for about 3 minutes.
