Strawberry Souffles

This is a great dessert, it’s not too sweet.

Tips and Tricks for this recipe:

  1. Place glass bowl and beaters in freezer until you are ready to whip egg whites.
  2. Boil water in a sauce pan which can be added to the baking dish.  The water should come up to the 1/2 way mark on the ramekins.
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Grease ramekins with butter (bottom and sides). As an extra treat I like to rim the ramekins with sugar.
  3. Boil some water which will be placed in the bottom of the baking dish just before you place the ramekins in the oven. (you will want enough water place in the bottom of a baking dish, the water should come to about 1/2 way up the ramekins.)
